Applications in the prescribed form are invited for filling up the posts of Specialist (Super Specialties) in ESIC Super Specialty Hospital, Sanath Nagar, Andhra Pradesh :

Specialist : 07 posts (UR-5, OBC-1, SC-1) in various fields, Pay Scales : PB-4 Rs.37400 – 67000 + Grade Pay Rs.10000/-, Age : not exceeding 50 years

01. Essential: This job requires experience and not for fresher. See the below qualification criteria.

a) Qualification:

1. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the

Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,

1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should

also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-Section (3) of the Section 13 of the Indian

Medical Council Act, 1956.

2. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty as mentioned in Annexure-I or

equivalent.

3. M.Ch. for Surgical Super Specialities and D.M. for Medical Super Specialities of (2/3 years

duration or 5/6 years {integrated} recognized course or qualification.

b) Experience:-

Eleven years experience in recognized institution in the subject of Speciality after

obtaining the degree of M.Ch. / D.M. of five years duration in the respective discipline /

subject.

Ten years experience in recognized institution in the subject of Speciality for the

candidates possessing 06 years recognized degree of D.M. / M.Ch. in the respective

discipline / subject.

NOTE I Qualifications with regard to experience are relaxable at the discretion of the

Appointing Authority on recommendation of the Selection Committee in case of

candidates otherwise well qualified.

NOTE II The qualifications regarding experience in respect of Scheduled Castes and the

Scheduled Tribes candidates is relaxable based on the guidelines issued by the

Government of India from time to time.

NOTE III Work experience after obtaining the P.G. Degree will be reckoned as on

30-09-2010. Experience certificates duly signed by the Head of Department

indicating clearly the period and nature of work should be submitted along with

the application form.
