The Directorate of Forensic Sciene has been created under the direct charge of MHA, Govt. of India. The Central Forensic Science Laboratories at Kolkata, Chandigarh and Hyderabad and Government Examiners of Questioned Documents at Kolkata, Shimla and Hyderabad are placed under the Directorate of Forensic Science. The Directorate is headed by the Director-cum-Chief Forensic Scientist. Dr. M S Rao becomes the first Director-cum-Chief Forensic Scientist after creation of a new Directorate.

Government Examiner of Questioned Documents

RESERACH ASSOCIATIVE

It is proposed to fill up TWO posts of "RESERACH ASSOCIATIVES" by walk-in-interview on contract basis from among the candidates (Indian Nationals) possessing the following essential desirable qualifications to be held on 26.02.2010. The candidates appearing for the walk-in-interview should fulfill the following details.

  • Essential Qualifications:- M.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc (Computer Science) / M.Sc (IT) or its equivalent from any recognized university with 65% marks and above.

 

  • Desirable Qualifications:- Knowledge of SQL Database Management, Network Security, Cyber Forencies, Information Systems auditing etc.

 

  • Age limit:- Not Exceeding 35 years on the date of Interview ( relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST or 3 years for OBC candidates)

 

  • Period:-  One Year on Contract Basis ( Extendable to 2nd and 3rd year depending on the outcome of the services provided by the Research Associate)

 

  • Place of Posting:-Govt. examiner of Questioned Documents,CFIs Campus, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad-500013.

 

  • Monthly Remuneration:- 14000/-

 

  • Certificates/testimonials:- candidates will be required to produce Certificates/testimonials in original in support of their Qualification / Age / Caste as the case may be at the time of interview

 

  • Conditions of work:- Candidates selected may be required to work on Holidays / Extended hours in case of exigencies.
