Customer Support Officer (Voice)

 

Job Description / Responsibilities

·          Inbound / Outbound Calls with International customers.

·          providing solutions from all vantage points with new and existing

·          customers.source, acquire, grow and retain customers.To

·          Effectively open a call, create rapport and value.

·          Willingness to work in night shifts

 

Age :  Between 18yrs to 32 years

Salary - open

Nightshift - Pick up and drop

No Bond

 

Interview Process:

 1st Round : Communication check (grammar, pronunciation and comms.)

2nd Round : Written Test 10 Minutes

3rd Round : Listening Test 15 Minutes.

Final Round : Personal Interview

 

Desired profile of the candidate :

·          Excellent Communication

·          Positive Attitude

·          Fresher will be eligible

 

Educational Qualification:

 Good communication with grammar, any graduate/ +2 with relevant experience in international call center / Final year through CORRESPONDENCE /Diploma holders (10 + 2 + 3 years of education)
