Job Description

  • Responsibile for Reports Generation&MIS.
  • Manages the Recruitment Process as per process defined to ensure timely and suitable filling of vacancies.
  • Coordinates the PMS process as per guidelines provided.
  • Facilitates smooth execution of the final settlement and exit process as per guidelines provided.
  • Employee Engagement / Grievance Redressal / Discipline.
  • Good Communication skills and Excel skills
