Field inbound customer calls.
- Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to GE Money standards.
- Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution.
- Review and distribute pertinent cross-functional information.
- Liaise between customer and GE Money.
- Provide direct advice and guidance for customers
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
