Recruiting Experience / Freshers at the following areas

1- Web Technologies (code : WEBTEC)
 Core Java and J2EE technologies Good understanding of XML, XSL, Webservices etc. Strong database experience with MySQL Oracle, MS SQL Good knowledge in open source technologies like Hibernate, STRUTS, SPRING etc, Good Knowledge in Weblogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat and IIS

2- Quality Control (code : QACTEC)
 Experience with silk Test/SCTM Experience in developing Test Scripts&SW validation documentation very good analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational skills for accurately recording, tracking and reporting defects / deviations found during testing Excellent investigation and trouble shooting skills

3- eDMS-Developers (code : DMSTEC)
 Experience with Microsoft Ofiice Share Point Server EMC Documentum Live Link from Open Text

4- Microsoft Technologies (code : MSTEC)
 Advanced level skills in C# Good understanding of .Net Framework, XML, XSL, Web services etc Strong database experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle etc

5- General and applicable to all domains Strong debugging skills (for developers) . Performance tuning experience is a plus (for developers) Good verbal & written communication skills & positive attitude is applicable to all above Ability to learn new concepts and technologies
